Supporters of the No Spin party donned their wellies to clear out an Oxford stream.
A shopping trolley, a bus stop, road signs and litter were removed from the stretch of water at Osney Island, near two bridges off Botley Road.

The clean-up operation was to mark the launch of a new Community Task Force to help keep Oxford's parks, woodland paths, streams and ditches free of debris.
No Spin is a non-political group that pledges to represent local people and tackle local issues. It intends to field candidates for the local and general elections in the Oxford West and Abingdon constituency.
The Community Task Force is a group of volunteers in the Botley area and will form part of the West Oxford Wildlife Group so that conservation activities are coordinated.
Sigrid Shreeve, prospective parliamentary candidate for the party, said the clean up had gone well. She said: "We took out a bus stop that has been there for at least a year."
