While most rugby players are packing away their kit for another summer, Grove are preparing for their most important game of the season.
Later this month, Grove will face Salisbury in a play-off to decide the third promotion spot to South West 2 East. The venue and date have yet to be arranged.
Grove's end-of-season boost came on Saturday when they clinched runners-up position in Southern Counties North, following Beaconsfield's defeat by Swindon.
One club hoping for a Grove victory against Swindon, who finished second in Southern Counties South, are struggling Bicester, as it would improve their chances of avoid the drop to Berks, Bucks and Oxon 1.
