The Flying Machine were really flying when they beat the Cricketers B 26-33, 30-29, 28-28, despite a fine 16 dolls from Cricketers' Kevin Baker.

Ken Maunder was another player to hit 16 in the 2-1 win over Kidlington Green, and Dave Sawyer at the George, Littlemore also hit a fine 16 dolls.

In Section 3, an impressive 14-doll strike by Martyn Boulton edged out the Punch Bowl two legs to one in their match.

In Section 5, Alan Jones recovered from scoring two blobs to blast a six in the final leg.

Another player to find form was Alan Giles in Section 12 who scored a total of 13 dolls on the night.
