A teacher has appeared in court accused of indecently assaulting a 19-year-old.
Maths teacher John Howard, 49, of Hastings Hill, Churchill, near Chipping Norton, denies one count of indecently assaulting the young woman.
The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told Oxford Crown Court yesterday that the incident happened after Howard asked her about her present boyfriend and ex-boyfriends.
She told the jury that he then touched her.
She said: "During the conversation he came close to me and started touching me.
"He was coming closer to me and kissed me on the cheek. He asked me: 'Give me a kiss'.
"I put my head to the side and pushed him away using both my hands very gently.
"Then we had a normal conversation again. Then again he came close to me. He kissed me on the cheek again in the same place."
The woman said earlier that evening she had fallen asleep in a bedroom and Howard had woken her up by stroking her body.
The trial continues.
