Witney Town manager Brian Hughes is to await developments at the troubled Dr Martens League club before making a decision on his own future.
The club's fate could now hinge on a meeting between Witney's chief executive, Brian Constable, and league directors on Thursday, May 17.
Hughes said: "I am not sure what I want to do. I had an horrendous 18-month spell at Gloucester City due to the club's financial problems and then we have just been through a similar year at Witney.
"I am not sure that I would want to put myself and my family through what we have been through this year.
"I would love to stay, but not under the circumstances I had to contend with this year."
Meanwhile, Gary Murphy has been named the supporters' player of the year, with Steve Tavinor the players' player.
