Oxford City moved into second place in Division 1 of the Shaw and Co Oxfordshire Foursomes League with a 2-1 victory over Lyneham at Southfield.
City's winning pairs were John Summers and Clive Bowler, and Dave Summers and John Stevens, both of whom won easily.
Division 2 leaders Studley Wood recovereed from the previous week's defeat to whitewash Waterstock 3-0, while North Oxford drew at home to Witney Lakes.
In Division 3, Drayton Park won 2.5-.5 against Magnolia Park.
