North Oxford showed they are the team to beat in Divison 1 of the Men's Wilson Inter-Club League by sweeping aside Oxford City 6-3.
These teams are expected to fill the top two places in the division but, on this showing, North Oxford could win the title at a canter.
Rob and John Loosemore collected 2.5 rubbers for the championship favourites, as did their second pair of Paul Butcher and Christian Peterson.
Joe CartledgeThe third pair of Joe Cartledge and Nick Beale won their final match of the afternoon, as North won all three of the last-round matches to ensure victory.
For City, their first two pairs of Geoff Deeley and Richard Gray, along with Eamonn Deeley and Stefan van Ervan, both collected 1.5.
In Ladies' Division 1, Abingdon's first pair of Kate Collinson and Taryn Poultney produced a great performance to collect 2.5 rubbers from their match against Bicester - but it wasn't enough to stop their side crashing to a 6-3 defeat.
The home side proved too strong, with the second pair of Cherry Ingram and Jan Berry collecting 2.5 rubbers.
In Division 2, Bicester B emulated their A side by recording a 6-3 triumph over Thame.
But they were given a big fright by their hosts, with the match tied at 3-3 going into the final round and all three final-round matches being won in three sets.
In Men's Division 2, Banbury West End B beat Banbury 6-3 with their second pair of Phil Tovey and Jeremy Turner convincingly claiming all three rubbers.
In the Ladies' 2-Pair League, Kingston Bagpuize ran out 3-1 winners over Chinnor.
Gillian Pearson and Sarah Mitchell were in fine form for Kingston, winning their four sets with ease.
Banbury West End beat Wantage 2.5-1.5 with Anne Omer and Karen Taylor unbeaten.
In Men's Division 1, Oxford City cruising to a 3.5-.5 victory over Faringdon.
Faringdon's David Kimber and Steve Perry claimed their side's only half.
In Division 2, Portcullis B romped to a 4-0 whitewash over Wheatley B, dropping just 15 games in the eight sets played.
