Cyclists from across the country will descend on Oxford to help children suffering with cancer.
They plan to travel 58 miles from London to Oxford on June 10 to raise cash for Sargent Cancer Care for Children.
The charity funds two care professionals at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, and provides support to children during and after cancer treatment.
TV personality Gabby Roslin has given her support to the event.
She said: "Pedalling for charity is a great way to raise money and get fit."
About 50 riders are expected to take part. Their route will take them from Richmond Green in London, through Marlow, Christmas Common, through the Chilterns, Chalgrove, and then finish at Oxpens meadow in Oxford.
