Perriss Wilkins was one of the stars of a brilliant Oxfordshire Track and Field Championships at Tilsley Park, Abingdon.
As expected, Wilkins, who now competes for British League club Sale, won the discus by more than 20 metres, to record the best senior men's performance.
The former Commonwealth Games athlete also won the shot put.

Nathan Douglas dominated the Under 20 age group, comfortably winning both sprints. However, it was in the field events where he starred.
His long jump of 7.20m was off his wrong foot, while his triple jump of 14.52m was also inside the grade one standard.
Brendon Fisher won three gold medals in the Under 17s, and all were either grade three or four standard.
Seymour Scott narrowly missed breaking two minutes in the 800m. He was just one second from achieving a grade one.
In the senior women, Kay Reynolds retained her 100m hurdles title, and also won the 100m. The best field performance was by Ruth Clements, who achieved a grade two in the triple jump.
Jane Greer won three gold and two silver medals in the Under 20s. Carly Austin won both hurdles, and her longer race was inside a grade two.
The best performance was by Anna Howard who equalled the grade one standard in the hammer.
In the Under 17s, Natalie Plateau won the 300m and was second in the long jump.
