Easington lifted the OFA Joe Roughton Under 18 Trophy at the Manor after a thrilling 3-2 win over Oxford City.
City were ahead twice but Steve Worthington and Martin Penrice pulled it back for Easington, and then a superb free kick from Robert Wiltshire sealed the verdict.
It was an unlucky week for Oxford City, who also lost in two Elsevier Youth League finals.
In the last ever game to be played at the Manor, they lost the John Byles Memorial Trophy final to Garden City, who triumphed 2-1.
City went in front through an own goal by Philpott, but Luke Holden levelled for Garden City.
The winner came in the 38th minute, when Stephen Percival headed home from close range.
Oxford City's misery was complete when they lost the Under 17 KO Cup final to Thame after a dramatic penalty shoot-out.
Thame took a first-half lead through Carpenter and Paul Reading, but City stormed back with second-half goals from Morgan and Sparrowhawk.
After extra time, the score remained 2-2, but Thame won the shoot-out 6-5 to lift the cup.
