Oxford Downs top the table after inflicting Thame's first defeat with a 31-run victory.
Luke List (55), Ian Caunce (54) and Will Maughan (53) shone in Downs' total of 231-3 from their 50 overs.
In reply, Thame were looking good until Rufus Thurston swooped to run out Manoj Parmar, and with Hugo Thurston (4-78) and Paul Hebbert (3-48) turning the screw, Thame were dismissed for 200.
