Tennis players celebrated the official opening of three new artificial courts at their village club.
Top TV sports producer Martin Hopkins cut the ribbon to officially open the Shipton-under-Wychwood courts on Saturday (May 19).
The £96,000 scheme, which received £53,000 from the National Lottery, has given extra playing space to the Wychwoods Tennis Club.
Previously, there were only two courts, but the site next to the village's Beaconsfield Hall, has been re-aligned to create an extra playing surface.
Club secretary Ian Carrington said: "We have a lot of members - 106 juniors and 117 adults - so the extra court was needed.
"Perhaps our next project will be floodlighting so that we can extend the playing time."
Mr Hopkins, whose parents live in the village, recently won a BAFTA award for outside sports broadcasting of the Olympic Games.
The club, founded in the 1960s, also received a £12,000 grant from West Oxfordshire District Council towards the project.
