Loose forward Gerry Rushworth scored a brilliant last-minute try to seal a 26-18 win for Oxford Cavaliers at Ipswich Rhinos in Summer RL Conference Central Division.
Ipswich built up an 18-0 half-time lead, but after the break, Oxford were utterly dominant.
Centre Simon Yarrow was first to score after a fine crossfield run by Rushworth, who powered over to score himself shortly afterwards.
Speedy full back Steve Lacey was next to score after on a breathtaking 70m run.
Martin Fairhurst missed the conversion, as he had with all four previous attempts, and with only five minutes remaining, Ipswich still led 18-16.
However, in an exhilarating finale, scrum half Barry Randall dummied his way over and, with seconds left on the clock, Ipswich attempted a short kick off which was caught by man-of-the-match Rushworth, who thundered away to score a magnificent try.
