A final round of 72 undermined the challenge of Magnolia Park's attached professional Andrew McKenna in the £30,000 Northern Open - part of the Mastercard Tour - at Murcar, near Aberdeen.
After scores of 71 and 67, McKenna's one-over-par final round effort left him in eighth place, seven shots behind former Walker Cup player Graham Rankin, who won a play-off against Mark King.
*New member Jamie Maskell had a hole-in-one at the 11th hole at North Oxford on Saturday. He covered the 124 yards with an eight iron.
