Police released the pictures as they renewed their appeal for witnesses to the robbery, which happened at about 2.15pm on Tuesday, May 15.
The robber ran 50 yards along Station Road until he reached the Station Road car park where he is believed to have escaped in a white car.
The man is white, in his late 20s, and of stocky build. He was wearing a black baseball cap, dark glasses and a long-sleeved blue top. He was carrying a medium-sized rucksack and spoke with a strong Irish accent.
Det Con Charles Boshell, of Didcot CID, said: "Station Road was very busy at the time, so many people may have seen the man running along it just after 2.15pm in broad daylight.
"If anybody saw him, or knows who he is, we would really like to hear from them."
