Star Royal completed the Morrells Oxford Sunday League double by winning the Presidents Cup but Blackbird Leys (Sunday) took them all the way.
Luke Brandon thumped home for Star as normal time finished 1-1, and James Green settled the final with an extra-time effort.
In Division 4, Marston Village were defeated 5-1 at home by promotion rivals Roebuck.
Craig Carter and Mark Scanes put the visitors 2-0 up before Robert Evans replied for Marston. Second-half goals from Stuart Moir, Darren Barber and Mark Scanes mean Roebuck need to win their last game to secure promotion.
* Garden City beat Oxford City 3-0 to take the Elsevier Youth League Division 1 title.
The match turned when City's keeper was sent off for a foul, leaving them with only ten men. Ryan Curtin (2) and Luke Holden took full advantage to seal a double for Garden City, who also lifted the John Byles Memorial Trophy this season.
*St Edmunds A were crowned Oxford Mail Boys League Under 14A champions - and not Kennington as indicated in the table published last Thursday.
The two sides finished on the same points, but although Kennington had the better goal difference, it was St Edmunds who took the title by virtue of having the better of the results in the matches between the pair.
Easington Sports came from behind to beat Tower Hill 3-2 and take the Under 14A title in the Giles Sports Witney Boys League.
Liam Hope put Tower 2-0 up early on, but Johnny Embra's hat-trick sealed it for Easington.
