Three course records were broken during a remarkable day of scoring in the Witney Lakes' Pro-Am.
Lee Jackson, the assistant professional at Frilford Heath, teed off first and broke the exisiting course record with a five-under-par 66.
Unfortunately for Jackson, Mark Booth, the Witney Lakes' tour professional, went one better with a super 65 to become new holder of the record.
Mark Booth went round Witney Lakes in six-under-par 65
The in-form Booth also won last week's first Southern Region PGA event of the year at Epsom by shooting a three-under-par 66.

*Chipping Norton's new professional Neil Rowlands made a winning debut in the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Alliance meeting at Ellesborough.
The 27-year-old, who was formerly an assistant at the North Wales GC in Llandudno, fired rounds of 71 and 68 to share first place with Ellesborough pro Mark Squire.
Rowlands's second round set a record at the altered course, although it requires ratification because one of the tees was 30 yards forward.
*Frilford Heath's James Lawson and Matt Briggs helped Berks, Bucks and Oxon to a convincing 10-2 victory over Bedfordshire in a friendly at Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands GC.
Lawson and East Berkshire partner Ben Smith won 6 & 5 in the foursomes, while Briggs and Beaconsfield's Roger Stillwell won by two holes.
In the singles, Lawson beat Michael Davies by one hole, but Briggs went down 5 & 4 to Lewis Watcham, giving the home side one of their only two wins.
*The annual golf match beetween Banbury and its twin town of Ermont, in France, will be played at Brailes GC tomorrow.
