Conservative hopeful Boris Johnson, pictured above with his wife, Marina, certainly got the message when he was confronted by an angry voter while campaigning.
Boris JohnsonMr Johnson - who is hoping to succeed Michael Heseltine as MP for Henley and Thame - was confronted by a man who said he had voted Tory all his life.
When the voter complained that the Conservative's line on Europe was "too wet by half" Mr Johnson tried to reason with him to no avail.
He snatched one of the Tory stickers from Johnson's grasp and - to quote the candidate - "stuck it on the seat of his pants, and then strode off up the street with my name bobbing upside down on his bum".
