Steve Merry (3-81) and Rob Brooks (4-73) earned their corn for Thame as Rover Cowley rattled up 225-9 at Roman Way, with Chris Thomas making 57 and Cristo du Preez a breezy 63.
Thame then slumped to 39-4 as spinner Dom Patel (4-33) got to work.
But despite an unbeaten 73 from Luke Merry, his colleagues made little attempt to overhaul Rover and the game petered out to a draw with Rover on 148-5.
