A 17-year-old girl was indecently assaulted in bushes at University Parks, Oxford, on Sunday afternoon.
The victim was approached by a man who exposed himself before carrying out the assault between 3pm and 4.45pm.
Police say the offender is a white, aged 30 to 40, of chubby build with dark, greying hair. He was wearing glasses, black shorts and a white T-shirt with Lee Copper written across the chest in black letters.
