Local schoolchildren take to the stage in Spin Off at Oxford Town Hall.
The show - which aims to demonstrate that love really makes the world go round - is the culmination of months of preparation by staff and pupils participating in the Littlemore Schools Project.
More than 250 children from Lawn Upton Middle, Emmanuel Christian, Speedwell First, Rose Hill First, St John Fisher and the Mabel Prichard schools will turn stories of people such as Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa into a musical extravaganza.
The event is sponsored by Four Pillars Hotels group as part of its community involvement programme. Managing director Ian Keeling says: "Four Pillars is at the heart of this community and as such we like to get involved and help wherever we can."
