Aitchison Raffety is opening a new commercial property and professional services office covering south Oxfordshire and the Aylesbury Vale.
It will be next to Aitchison Raffety's residential sales centre in Upper High Street.
Clive Brockle- hurst, associate director responsible for the office, said: "There is increasing interest from investors and developers now that the M40 corridor is firmly established.
