Aston Rowant kept top spot after a three-wicket win over Banbury 2nd at White Post Road.

Rowant were handicapped in reply by a nasty hand injury when skipper Chris Hutton attempted to field a searing drive, but from a precarious 108-7 the visitors were rescued by an unbeaten 45 from Paul Plumridge to take maximum points, Pete Gregory bowling unchanged for a haul of 4-90.
