A man has appeared before magistrates charged with possession of indecent material relating to children.
Conrad Phillips, 38, of St Bernard's Road, Oxford, is charged with 20 counts of possessing indecent images of children and one of making an indecent image of a child.
On Tuesday, he was bailed by Oxford magistrates on condition he is resident at his home address, reports to police three times a week and surrenders his passport. He will appear before magistrates again on Tuesday, July 31.
