Sixties pop stars Gerry and the Pacemakers are to play in Thame.

Their show will be on the style of the TV presentations An Audience With... so fans will have chance to put their questions to the group.

The group, part of the Mersey Sound and led by Gerry Marsden had top hits with You'll Never Walk Alone, How Do You Do It? and I Like It.

Tickets for the 7.30pm show at Thame Sports and Arts Centre on November 24, are £12.50 a head to non-members of the centre, £10 for members.

**Seventies pop will be featured in a concert at the centre by tribute band Abba Magic, who will perform all the favourite Abba songs.

The show is on September 29 at 8pm.
