A kebab van that trades in the St Alban's car park, Wallingford, can stay despite disturbing neighbours.
It is hoped that new rules imposed by South Oxfordshire District Council will reduce problems. The trader has sold kebabs for more than 12 years.
David Saffin, the council's head of environmental services, said the kebab van was popular. The new rules will limit trading from 6pm to midnight Mondays to Fridays and up to 30 minutes past midnight on Saturday nights.
