A Giant turtle made from papier mache along with didgeridoos and assorted boomerangs feature in the largest school art exhibition in the county.

The work of 600 pupils at Didcot Girls' School along with boys and girls from Didcot Sixth Forms is represented in eight classrooms.

Head of art Adrian Brooks said: "We focus on a different world culture every year and a large part of the exhibition is devoted to Australia and aboriginal art."

Art teacher Mary Ferridge, who was responsible for staging the exhibition, said it covered a range of Australian culture.
