A disability group from Oxford is celebrating 30 years of providing disabled people with adventure holidays.
The Seven O'clock Club started in 1960 to support parents of children or adults with a learning disability.
The club has evolved into a youth and social club for people with learning disabilities. It meets on Wednesdays from 7pm at Bullingdon Community Centre, Peatmoors, Headington, Oxford.
