One of the world's first purpose-built wildlife hospitals urgently needs volunteers.
St Tiggywinkle's, at Haddenham, near Thame, needs people to help with animal care, administration and gardening.
The brainchild of Les, Sue and Colin Stocker started in a small way in Aylesbury in 1978. But they had so many animals to look after at their home that a special hospital was built.
It was opened ten years ago by Princess Alexandra.
Les Stocker said: "We are looking for willing volunteers over 16."
