An army officer indecently assaulted a teenage girl on a sofa while they watched television, a court was told.
Mark Taylor, 32, of the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham, denies a single charge of indecently assaulting the girl on the night of February 24 to 25, last year, in Bicester.
Micheal Butt, prosecuting, told Oxford Crown Court yesterday that Taylor, a captain in the army, had been sitting on the sofa with the girl under a duvet watching a "Channel 5 soft porn programme" and he then molested her.
Mr Butt said the girl "found the experience disgusting and horrible and tried to stop him".
"After a while the defendant stopped and then inquired if she had enjoyed it," said Mr Butt.
He told the court the defendant then asked her not to say anything about the assault.
Mr Butt said the alleged victim had made a complaint to the police last October and Taylor was arrested and questioned on December 7 last year.
Taylor claimed he had spent the evening in question in the officers' mess in Shrivenham and described the allegations as "all lies".
The trial continues.
