A father had his shoulder-length hair and beard cut off in aid of a respite centre attended by his daughter.
Steve Charlotte, of Rose Hill, Oxford, has handed over £440 to Hernes House in Hernes Crescent, Summertown. His 14-year-old daughter, Rosie, attends the centre for children with learning and other disabilities.
The sponsored shave took place at Templars Square Shopping Centre, Cowley, Oxford. Hernes House manager Ann Lowe said the cash would be used to buy specialist toys and equipment.
Mr Charlotte also gave £50 to the charity Scope.
