Mark Wright has told Joey Beauchamp that he can play a part in Oxford United's season - but only when he gets back to his best.
Beauchamp was an unused substitute on Saturday, and has been on the bench for both matches at The Kassam Stadium without getting on the pitch.

"I will not comment on any specific formation, but what I will say is that if Joey Beauchamp starts showing the application and attitude I want, then he will play," Wright added.
