A company which paints signs on the side of vehicles is celebrating recognition in the National Fleet Awards for the second year running.
The Signs Express centre at Chiltern Business Centre, Cowley, owned by Ashley Hemming, won the Institute of Transport Management's Award for UK Vehicle Graphics Company of the Year 2001.
Kieran Ring, executive director of the ITM and chairman of the awards committee, said: "It is extremely gratifying for the awards committee to have its decision borne out year after year.
"With the rapidly rising costs of advertising, companies are looking for cost-effective ways to get their messages across and vehicle branding is the perfect option."
Mr Hemming said: "It's fantastic for the team here in Oxford to share in this national accolade.
"For the second year running the ITM has chosen to reward us for the time and effort we have put into customer care and staff training.
More companies are realising that vehicle graphics continue to create impact far longer than any other form of advertising, offering excellent value for money."
