An educational trust that gives sixth formers tutorials has closed its local operation with the loss of seven jobs.
Since 1965, residential courses have been held at Villiers Park at Middleton Stoney, near Bicester.
In future, the trust will run solely from its other base at Foxton, outside Cambridge, offering courses for teachers and pupils aged 16 and over.
Manager Richard Gould said: "We are doing a lot more work with teachers as opposed to school students and have limited resources at Middleton Stoney.
"To cater for teachers we would have to adapt two-bed accommodation to one-bed and that could cost a six figure sum.
