Police investigating a possible hit-and-run accident, which left a cyclist in a coma, are to question 300 motorists.
The 25-year-old man from Baulking, near Wantage, suffered serious head injuries after being hit by a car on the Fawler Road, near Kingston Lisle, on July 27.
The cyclist - who has not been named - remains on a ventilator in Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital.
The car, believed to be a light coloured Peugeot 205 or 305, lost a wing mirror in the collision.
Sgt Mick Rice of Abingdon Police said: "We have initiated 300 inquiries in relation to this incident and we hope to find the vehicle."
