Tim Parker retained the club championship at the Springs GC, Wallingford, when he finished four strokes clear of the field.
The four-handicapper from Didcot shot rounds of 75 and 74 for a total of 149 to win from fellow junior, John Stockings (153). Alan Wilson finished third on 154.
In his final year as a junior, Parker acknowledged the progress made by the entire junior section at the club.
"To have four juniors in the top seven places with another three finishing in the top 30 is a great achievement and one that reflects well for the future of the club," said the newly-crowned club champion.
Few golfers can lay claim to being captain and club champion in the same year, but Barbara Graham got her rewards for all the hard work she has put in over the winter and early part of the season when she held off a strong challenge from defending champion Yvonne Peek to win by three strokes with a score of 176.
Chris Gibson (137) won the best nett for the men, and Jenny Harris took the best nett for the ladies.
Bruce Ferriman was the winner of the Springs Plate with a first round nett 67.
