Bicester & North Oxford must do without star man Rod Davison for the rest of the season after the Aussie ace returned to Sydney to start a new job.

Davison is the Home Counties Premier League Division 1 top run-scorer, and will be a hard man to replace in the Bicester top order.

The peel of wedding bells leaves Banbury without two first-choice players for their trip to Basingstoke, as proilfic opener Craig Haupt is attending the marriage of his nephew Mark Rorich.

Haupt's absence allows for the return of skipper Neil Megson, who missed last week's epic one-wicket victory over Reading after injuring his back while on holiday in Disneyland.
