Nominations for the Child of Achievement award are now being collected.
The award ceremony will take place in February, 2002, and will mark its 21st anniversary. There are 150 awards given every year for children up to the age of 16 who help others every day or overcome illness or disease.
The awards are also given to children who have shown outstanding devotion to their friends or family.
If you would like to nominate a child write to: The Child Achievement Awards, PO Box 86, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 9JX. Entries must clearly state the reason for nomination in no more than 50 words.
All entries must be in by Friday, November 9.
