Two growing companies have expanded into new units in Telford Road, Bicester.
Oxford Analytical has bought a 5,207 sq ft unit for £255,000 for future expansion.
Oxford Analytical provides pesticide registration and pharmaceutical and pesticide residue analysis. It is one of four companies making up the Oxford Agricultural Group and clients range in size from individuals and small companies to large multi-nationals.
A second 2,865 sq ft unit was sold to The Protak Group at £140,000. The Protak Group supplies adhesives and furniture fittings to industry, for wood working adhesives and the gluing of books in the bookbinding industry, packaging glues, adhesives for the assembly of furniture.
Jon Silversides, of Smith Hampton's Oxford office, acted for the previous owners 'Touch of Pine', who have expanded in Bicester. Thomas Merrifield Commercial acted for Oxford Analytical.
A third unit in Telford Road was sold to Automotive Developments, which is moving its electronics and tuning business for Audi and VW Porsche from Kidlington. The company's new base will allow it to expand the suspension, tuning and engine managment side of its business.
Mr Silversides said: "Low interest rates encourage occupiers to buy rather than rent."
