Banbury Bulls prepared for Saturday's Tetley Bitter game with South West 1outfit Truro with a useful run-out against Rugby Lions, coached by England forward Richard Cockerill.
The match, attended by over 500 people, was played in six sessions. The majority of the Rugby Lions' ten tries came in the latter part of the 100-minute session.
Bulls paraded new signings Andy Noyce, Gareth Edwards and Tom Phenus. Mark Dixon from Chipping Norton was out injured.
Should Bulls beat Truro they travel to Stroud or Dorchester in the next round.
