Aching limbs may result from the Wantage Cyclists Touring Club five counties bike ride.
Next Sunday's trip will take in the hills of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire.
Cyclists should meet in Wantage Market Place at 10am. A less taxing bike ride leaves Millbrook Square in Grove at 6.30pm on August 28.
