Thame kept up the pressure on the top two with a six-wicket win over visitors
Cumnor, who slip nearer to the relegation trapdoo.
Having put Cumnor in, Thame skipper Richard Carr did most of the damage, taking 4-42 as the visitors were dismissed for 137.
Opener Graham Scott carried his bat for an unbeaten 51 as his teammates perished at the other end.
Manoj Parmar then made sure for Thame with an unbeaten 50, taking his side to 138-4.
Thame are now just 11 points adrift of second-placed Shipton-under-Wychwood, so the clash between the two clubs in west Oxfordshire on Saturday should be a real humdinger.
