An Abingdon youth charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a soldier during a fight will appear in court again on August 31.
At Didcot Youth Court the sixteen-year-old admitted a drink-driving offence and being in breach of a previous order made against him.
He was bailed until August 31 on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to a soldier in Abingdon on the night of July 11-12.
