A driver who is charged with failing to stop after running over a man who had collapsed in the road is to stand trial.
Jennifer Rudnay, 56, is accused of driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after an accident and failing to report it to police.
The charges follow the death of Patrick Neville, 60, of Tadmarton Road, Bloxham, who collapsed on the A361 between Banbury and Bloxham on November 28 last year.
Mrs Rudnay, of Grange Farm, South Newington, will stand trial at Wantage Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 28.
