Employees at computer company RM showed off their skills in everything from Egyptian dance to rock climbing as part of a "lifelong learning" day.
The company, based at Milton Park, near Abingdon, offers employees up to £100 towards the cost of a learning activity. It must be something they have never tried before and unrelated to their job.
Some of those who benefited from last year's scheme showed off the results in the company canteen. Oxford College, Abingdon College and Didcot Community Education offered advice on courses and activities.
Last year RM employees took part in over 90 different activities, with some trying their hand at pottery, painting and cookery.
Russell Govan, RM's director of personnel, said "By developing their knowledge and skills in areas of personal interest we also encourage their growth and development as people, which also reflects in their performance as employees."
