Fifteen anglers competed in the Littlemore AS Chairman's Cup on the Thames at Sandford where the river fished its head off, with loads of roach taken on seed throughout.
Dave Rudman, off peg 28, ended Gerald Perks's winning run on the venue with a fine bag of 29lb 5oz. He tempted four bream, two tench and perch on chopped worm for his first win this season.
Perks caught one bream, tench plus perch, also on chopped worm, for a weight of 15lb 14oz.
Terry Winstone was third with 11lb 15oz for the second week running. He landed three chub and perch all on maggot-feeder.
