The Oxfordshire countryside is scheduled to become home for some exotic South American immigrants.
Two alpacas will follow in the footsepts of Paddington Bear and move from Peru to the 46.5-acre Little Brook House estate at Little Tew, near Chipping Norton.
The former racehorse training establishment has been sold to alpaca farmer Mandy Wilson, chairman of the British Alpaca Society, for £610,000.
Ms Wilson said: "I am planning to move several alpacas I've got in different parts of England and Wales, in addition to those in Peru, to Little Tew."
