East Hagbourne has scored a hat-trick of wins in the Thames and Chilterns Country in Bloom competition.
For the past three years the village has won the large village section.
Judges described Hagbourne's entry as "an excellent all-round floral display with Hacca's Cottage and the Fleur de Lys pub outstanding".
Steve Collier and Monica Lawson
Monica Lawson, chairman of the parish council, said "It is a credit to the hard work by the whole community in the village."
She described the garden of Derek Wilden and his wife, Jackie, at Hacca's Cottage as magnificent, adding that Fleur de Lys licensee Steve Collier and his wife, Yvonne, always created a memorable display with their hanging baskets.
