The search is on to find Oxfordshire's very own Wonder Woman.
The Oxfordshire Woman of The Year competition is being organised by the Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Working Women's Forum, in partnership with Women in Management.
The organisers are looking for outstanding women - people who have made a significant difference in their career, set up a business with great success, or in some other way achieved recognition in their field of expertise.
Forum chairman Carol-Ann Saul, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for women in Oxfordshire and we want to hear from as many of them as possible. Previous winners have been chosen from all types of business and we would like to encourage people to come forward or colleagues, friends and family to put forward nominations for this year's award."
Last year's winner was Catherine Wilson, PR manager for Helen House children's hospice in Leopold Street, east Oxford.
Entries must be in by September 30. Call Mrs Saul on 01285 740730 or email carol-ann.saul@talk21.com.
