Staff at a Banbury call centre worked round-the-clock to supply nurses to several London hospitals in the aftermath of the Ealing bomb blast.
Workers at Reed Nursing Personnel, in Southam Road, stepped in when the firm's Ealing branch was put out of action by the explosion.
The Banbury office, which provides an out-of-hours service, drafted in extra staff to take calls from hospitals in Hammersmith, Charing Cross, Ealing, central and west Middlesex, and Northwick Park - all needing nurses.
Reed's divisional manager Chiew Cheong said: "Hospitals rely on us to get skilled and qualified nurses to them when and where they are needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
"The Banbury team was fantastic. They made every effort to minimise the disruption, enabling us to provide an efficient, high-standard service - the kind our clients expect."
With their branch still out of action, Ealing staff are constantly liaising with the Banbury office.
The link-up will continue until the Ealing office reopens.
